This was a pretty “young man angst” record, and I didn’t know a lot that I know now, but the production is SO WARM. I wanted something that sounded like old tape, and it got there.

Influences
Was taking general aesthetic cues from Car Seat Headrest and Waxahatchee’s Ivy Tripp.
Why I Made It
Wanted to prove to myself that I could write and record and release a full and proper album by myself. A complete and holistic THING. Very proud that I pushed through and did it. It made subsequent efforts a lot easier.
