Howdy, I'm Mike. I make things: music, circuits, software, art, gardens, and writing. My favorite trick is finding new and unusual ways to cross-pollinate one interest with another. I live in Ecoregion 54b (Chicago, IL) with my partner Erin.

Currently, I release music under the name BigBluestem and work as the technical lead for PrintNinja (a printer focused on serving independent creators). I love physics, electronics, ecology, and a good story. Tryin' to learn as much as I can before I kick the bucket.
